Harvest Park PTSA 2023-2024

Harvest Park PTSA supports school programs, direct school support grants and hosts community events to enrich the student experience at Harvest Park. All these initiatives are made possible due to your generous financial contributions.

The PTSA is fully volunteer run with a very small administrative overhead. Nearly 97% of every dollar donated goes to support the students, teachers and the school. Please donate to the HP-PTSA at https://hp.futurefund.com/

We can also encourage you to attend the future General Association Meetings to be informed and participate in how your donations are being used to create a positive impact at Harvest Park.

Harvest Park Athletics

HPMS competitive sports are set to commence shortly. Participation in any of the competitive sports programs necessitates an athletic clearance form obtained from a physician within the past calendar year. This form must be submitted during your registration process on Home Campus. You may use the form provided here or the form provided by the physician's office. All forms must include a physicians signature. All clearances must be completed the Friday before the first day of tryouts.

HP intramural sports will be held on Fridays beginning 9/8 from 3:15-4:15. Athletic clearance and physical is not needed for intramural sports, but a parent must fill out the Intramural Sports Emergency Form.

Also, consider donating to the intramural sports program on Future Fund.

2024 Harvest Park Yearbook

Guarantee your student gets a 2024 HPMS yearbook by ordering one today! Go to www.yearbookordercenter.com, enter code 7726, and click on "order yearbook." It costs $50 through Dec. 31, 2023. The price increases on Jan. 1, 2024 to $60.

2024 Harvest Park Yearbook — 8th Grade Ads

Celebrate your 8th grade student with an ad in the 2024 HPMS yearbook! This fun tradition is our yearbook program's primary fundraiser. Go to www.yearbookordercenter.com, enter code 7726, and click on "yearbook ads" to purchase. The cost is $40, and ads can be created until Jan. 1, 2024.

Pleasanton Partnerships in Public Education (PPIE) Updates

Purchase your PPIE Fall Gala tickets soon - the last day for early bird discounted pricing of $125 / ticket and $900 / table is September 13th. After that, prices increase to $140 / ticket and $975 / table. It'll be a fun night where we can "Masquerade" the night away at The Club at Castlewood in celebration of Pleasanton schools!
