STATE OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT
Curious about the future of education in our community? Wondering about the latest initiatives and developments in our schools? Then mark your calendars for our upcoming State of the School District event! In its 5th year, this engaging event will provide an insightful overview of the current state and future plans of our school district.
Date: Tuesday, March 12th
Time: 7:45 am.
Location: Firehouse Arts Center, 4444 Railroad Ave.
The event will also feature a performance by the PUSD Mariachi and Baile Folklorico groups and the honoring of local area businesses with a Pillars of Pleasanton award for their continued support of our PUSD schools.

RUN FOR EDUCATION
Register By 11:59pm on Monday, March 4th for Lowest Entry Fees!
Entry fees for this event increase as we near event day. The first price increase will go into effect on March 5, so we encourage you and your family to register for this year's race soon! Join us at the event and you may be able to catch your favorite mascots!

- Start/Finish at Alameda County Fairgrounds
- Timed 5K & 10K
- 2 Mile fun run or walk (all ages)
- Kids Challenge (1/4 Mile, ages 3-10)
- Finisher medals
- T-shirt included with entry
- Proceeds directly benefit Pleasanton public schools!

Volunteers are needed both on race day as well as beforehand. Whether you are a high school student looking to fulfill community service hours, a member of a philanthropic group, or would like to support our efforts to raise money for local schools, we have a spot for you!
