Communications VP Position on the HP-PTSA Board is open!

This is your chance to contribute to the decisions affecting the student community at Harvest Park. HP-PTSA board has an open VP of Communications position for the academic year 2024-2025. You will be responsible for maintaining the website, sending out this newsletter and social media updates on instagram and facebook. It is a time commitment of about 1hr per week. You will have a seasoned, experienced and diverse board to assist you with your responsibilities. Please reach out to the Nominating Committee at membership@harvestparkpta.org.

N+N Dinner Pre-Orders Close Monday

Noodles and Notes is only one week away! A reminder that the dinner pre-order tickets close this Monday, 3/11. Get yours before it's too late!

New Items on N+N Auction

The silent auction for Noodles and Notes is open. We are so excited to share that a few additional items have been added to the auction, including a Signed Andrew Wiggins Golden State Warriors Jersey!! Check out the full list of items and good luck in the bidding!

N+N Volunteers Still Needed 

We are still in significant need of volunteer support for Noodles and Notes. In particular, we need help with the cooking, food transportation, serving, and ticket sales. We have an awesome team of volunteer leads who will set you up for success, and make sure you can still see your student perform in the event. We are asking that each family of a performing student sign up for a slot. Thank you for your support!

Wow, the school participation rates have started off with a big bang this year.  Walnut Grove  is at 23%.  Don’t forget to add your school affiliation when you register for the run. This year PPIE is hosting a popsicle party for the 2 elementary schools that have the highest participation rates.

 The Spirit Award will go to the school (elementary, middle, and high) with the most participation in the Race! Check out how your school is doing and encourage your friends to sign up!
