Annual Fall Festival - Volunteers Needed


HP PTSA is hosting its 2nd Annual Fall Festival. In order to make it a successful, fun and free event - WE NEED YOU!


We will have games galore for the community to enjoy. We are looking for parent/guardians to come out and supervise activities.


Please look over the selection of activities select the one you love, and bring (sign-up) a friend to help.


***All volunteers should arrive no later than 4:45p to get instructions.

Volunteers Needed - ACE Coding Club


Due to high interest, ACE Coding Club is seeking at least one parent volunteer to assist during meeting days. If you are available and have Level 2 clearance, please contact Ms. Vadera at svadera@pleasantonusd.net. If you would like more information on obtaining Level 2 clearance, please reach out to tcarino@pleasantonusd.net.

PUSD students can apply for up to $500 to bring their innovative project or special event to life beyond the classroom. Whether you're dreaming up something creative or working on a special event, we want to help make it happen!

PPIE FALL GALA - tickets still available


TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE for our PPIE Fall Gala on Friday, November 8th! Grab your friends and join us for an amazing time to support our schools! If you can't attend, but still want to donate, you can do so online. 


This year’s gala includes a complimentary wine reception, a fun live and silent auction, entertainment from Pleasanton’s Kung Fu Dragon demo team, dancing, delicious fiery and ice desserts, and fundraising for our student and teacher grants program for all schools.
