Crothers Consulting is celebrating a ten year anniversary this month and this saying has been close to my heart, fueling our growth throughout the decade. Some early seeds bloomed quickly, while others took longer to come around.

We are now known. The phone is ringing, and sometimes there simply aren’t enough hours in the day.
We love what we do and we are making a difference in the communities we serve. We are so grateful.

While ‘growing the business’ - increasing our team and revenue - has been satisfying, it is the relationships that mean everything - the strategic partnerships we’ve formed, the clients we’ve served, the amazing team we've built.
Relationships mean getting to see the light bulbs going off with our clients -
witnessing the evolution of leadership and better people practices in their
companies, as they understand that HR is the link that binds and transforms their culture, business plan and vision into an integrated whole.
Thank you for taking this journey with us. Thank you for the opportunities
you’ve given us, for the trust you’ve put in the team, and most importantly for the
friendships made along the way.
