The year is off to a great start. It was wonderful to see everyone at Back to School Nights this week. We appreciate your time and support.

September will be a busy month with lots of fun school activities. Please read the calendar section for more information.

Fall parent/teacher conferences will be on Friday, November 1, 2019. This day will now be a student holiday. More information about parent/teacher conferences will be sent out as we get closer to the date.

All parents are welcome! Please join us at our 1 st PLUS meeting to meet the committee chairs and hear more about volunteer opportunities and upcoming events at our school.

PLUS Volunteer Form
Thank you to everyone who turned in the PLUS Volunteer Form. Our committee chairs will be receiving those lists shortly and will be reaching out with volunteer needs. 

Art a la Carte
Interested in teaching a fun and simple art lesson in your child's Kindergarten-5 th grade classroom?  No prior art knowledge is needed!  We encourage all class coordinators, docents and those interested to come and help us get organized for our upcoming classes.  Art a la Carte training will be held on September 5 at 8:00 am in Activities Building Room 1.

Halloween Carnival
Interested in helping with the Halloween Carnival?  Come to the Halloween Carnival Committee meeting on September 13 at 8:00 am in Activities Building Room 1.  
All volunteers welcome!

Spirit Night at the Astros!
On Sunday, Sept. 22 nd St. Michael families will be sitting together and cheering on our favorite baseball team.  
Tickets are going fast so purchase yours today! 

Students interested in joining the school choir will need to complete the choir form 
and attend required rehearsals. 

Yearbooks are on sale for $50.  Student Ads are also available for purchase. Click here t o purchase.  8th grade students will receive a yearbook provided by the school. 

To ensure that we have a safe and efficient morning and afternoon carpool, please keep these important reminders in mind:
  • Instructions given by the police officers/traffic guards are for your safety and MUST be followed. 
  • Please DO NOT use cell phones when the carpool line is moving.  We will stop you and ask you to put the cell phone away.  
  • If you need to buckle your student, please pull out of the carpool lane.
  • Thank you for your attention to these important matters that keep our carpool safe!
