CELEBRATING ST. LUKE'S

We have so much to be grateful for, and this season has given us countless reasons to be proud:

  • Athletics Excellence: Our volleyball team brought home a red map, and both the girls’ and boys’ cross country teams also earned red maps for outstanding performances. Our 5th graders shined in the Coastal Kids Quiz, finishing strong and winning funds for their classroom.
  • Center Stage Success: Our Center Stage students are advancing to the state competition next month, taking their regional award-winning play to the next level.
  • Robotics Achievement: Our Robotics Team earned 1st place in Performance, received the Trojan Award for character and sportsmanship, and secured a spot at the state competition!
  • Azalea Trail Honors: We are thrilled to celebrate three Azalea Trail Maids this year—including our first-ever Queen!
  • Veterans Day Tributes: Both campuses held heartfelt and memorable ceremonies to honor the brave individuals who have served our country.
  • Accreditation & STEM Recognition: The SAIS accreditation team was thoroughly impressed by our students’ talent and engagement during their visit. We also proudly announced our designation as a Nationally Certified STEM Campus.

Our students continue to represent St. Luke’s with excellence in academics, athletics, and the arts—

and we couldn’t be more proud!

ST. LUKE'S ROBOTICS TEAM SHINES

Our Robotics team brought home top honors, earning the Trojan Way Award for outstanding character and sportsmanship—an honor voted on by their peers. They also captured 1st

Place in Robot Performance!

Their ability to stay focused under pressure, work together, and lead with integrity truly sets them apart.

We’re excited to share that the team has advanced to the State Competition in

Huntsville on December 5-6.

ST. LUKE'S CELEBRATES OUR 2026-2027 AZALEA TRAIL MAIDS

We are thrilled to share that our three Azalea Trail Maids received their official colors on Sunday:

Hannah Lockett – Peach, Raina Gupta - Lavendar, and Reese Browning - Pink

And in even more exciting news… St. Luke’s has its FIRST QUEEN!

We couldn’t be prouder of these exceptional young women and the way they represent St. Luke’s and our community. Congratulations to all!

WILDCATS ON THE RISE: GRADE UP GLIMPSE

Our students loved getting a sneak peek into their next grade level! Students in K4-4th grade visited the classrooms and teachers they will have for the 2026-2027 school year. They participated in fun, hands-on activities that gave them an exciting glimpse of what’s ahead next year!

WILDCATS SHINE AT CHRISTMAS JUBILEE

Some of our talented students took the stage at this year’s Christmas Jubilee! These girls are proud members of various competition teams at Debbie’s School of Dance.

Emmi Miniard, Emmy Palmer, Madeline Palmer, and Anabelle Cumpton perform with the Mini Performance Team; Millie Griffin is part of the Performance Team; and Lauren McGinnis and Mia Palmer dance with the Junior Competition Team.

Way to go, girls! We’re so proud of you!

AP GOVERNMENT STUDENTS BRING ELECTION TO LIFE

Our AP Government classes hosted their final presidential debates, followed by a roundtable discussion led by the media teams. To conclude the experience, the swing states cast their electoral votes — ultimately deciding the outcome of the election simulation. A fantastic hands-on learning experience for all involved!

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT OF THE WEEK - NOVEMBER

Each week, students and faculty nominate peers who demonstrate kindness, positivity, and all-around awesomeness. Our middle schoolers have truly enjoyed celebrating one another and highlighting the great things their classmates are doing. Congratulations to our November Middle School Students of the Week: Caroline Turner, Kat Edmondson, and Ryleigh Adlington!

Check out the All-School Google Calendar to support our Wildcats!

PENNIES FOR PATRIOTS (LAST DAY NOVEMBER 21)

During the month of November, we take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who have served our country. In that spirit, our school will be participating in a special project called Pennies for Patriots. This is a simple but meaningful way for our students to show their

appreciation for our veterans.

From November 10–21, 2025, students are invited to bring in small change —pennies, nickels, dimes, or quarters — to place in the Pennies for Patriots jars in their classrooms. Every contribution, no matter the size, is a heartfelt way to say “thank you” to those who have sacrificed for our freedom.

At the end of the campaign, the funds collected will be donated to support local veterans’ organizations. This project helps our students learn the importance of gratitude, generosity, and community service.

Thank you for helping us make a difference as we honor our heroes this Veterans Month!
