Upstate Eight Leadership Conference

RB hosted the 2025 Upstate Eight Leadership Conference! It was our pleasure to host all of the high schools in the Upstate Eight Conference to collaborate on important aspects of student and school leadership. Students participated in breakout sessions to discuss building culture and climate, school spirit ideas, and how to amplify student voices. Special thanks to our guest speaker, Eddie Slowikowski, for your powerful words and energetic dance moves! The success of this conference would not be possible without Mr. Mannon and Student Association, who planned and facilitated the conference; Culinary 1 students, who baked pastries for the attendees; and the Coffee and Tea Club, who provided the coffee and tea!

Educators Rising Conference Presenters

RBHS English teacher, Deirdre Sullivan, and her daughter, Mary, co-presented at the Educators Rising Annual Conference at ISU. Their session was designed to ignite passion for teaching as they shared strategies to create lasting impacts in the 21st-century classroom. Together, they offered a unique perspective, combining the experience of a seasoned instructor with the fresh insights of a newer educator, to inspire teachers at all career stages with effective tools for building meaningful connections with students, parents, and the community.

Get ready for Community Service Day on Saturday, April 12th, 2025, from 9 AM to 12 PM! The PTO is hosting a T-shirt design contest to celebrate the day, and we want YOU to submit your creative ideas!
