Pay Annual C-cert Fee by August 15th for Chance to Win $175 Amazon Gift Card
All UCNS diplomates who pay (or have paid) their 2021 continuous certification (C-cert) annual fee by August 15th will be entered into a drawing for a $175 Amazon gift card! One lucky winner will win a gift card equivalent to the value of their annual C-cert fee. The drawing will take place on August 16th. The winner will be notified by email and announced in the August Diplomate Update.
To pay your annual C-cert fee, sign into your diplomate profileand look for the Pay Now icon on the left side of your profile page.
You will receive the quiz access link and instructions to your online subspecialty quiz within five business days of payment.
If you have not completed the 2020 C-cert requirements, there is still time to complete the requirements to change your certification statusto "meeting requirements."
To pay outstanding C-cert fees for quiz access,sign into your diplomate profile and look for the Pay Now icon on the left side of your profile page.
If you paid the 2020 fee but haven't completed the quiz, you maylog into the testing platform to complete the 2020 quiz. You will need to pay the 2021 fee to gain access to the 2021 quiz.
Submit Current and Relevant Subspecialty Journal Articles by July 31st
