pure and true, that it instantly stops the rational mind, and all its planning and plotting."

Marked by the holiday of Thanksgiving, November has become known as
Gratitude Month here at SYA. It's the time of year when we are officially reminded of just how much we have to be thankful for. We open our eyes and our hearts to the many mysterious gifts of the universe and are inspired to acknowledge and share our good fortune with others.
We're incredibly proud to announce the return of our Pay Yoga Forward Program, our participation in the Yoga Behind Bars Gratitude in Motion Campaign and our support of Street Yogaas their Studio of the Month for November. (Please see sidebar for details on all of this good stuff!) These programs offer us the opportunity to come together as one strong community to spread the joys and abundant benefits of yoga to those who might not otherwise come to know them.
We are deeply grateful to each and every one of you who grace our studio with your presence day in and day out. Together we can do so much.
