PPP Update from CNB Bank

I hope this message finds you well. I felt it was important to provide another update as the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) seems to be everchanging.

By now, a Commercial Banker has likely been in contact with you regarding your agent fees and has left you with Form 159 and a W-9. If you haven’t already, please fill those out and return to us.


As you may have heard, the Paycheck Protection Program application date has been extended to August 8 th . We are still accepting applications and are ready to assist your clients. If you have a client that would like to apply, they can do so at https://www.cnbwv.com/ppp-application.htm . This page is not linked to our website, so you may want to bookmark it.

We are still awaiting guidance from the US Treasury and the SBA regarding the forgiveness process. Rest assured, we will be ready to accept your client’s forgiveness applications as soon as the SBA/US Treasury provides the portal to accept the request.
