Dear UVI Team Members,
As part of our transition to the new payroll provider Paycom, we want to let you know that vacation balances may not be fully accurate now. We’re actively working with the provider to audit and update these balances over the next couple of weeks.
We kindly ask for your patience during this process. Once all updates are completed, we will send a confirmation email to ensure everyone’s balances are up to date. After, if you notice any PTO discrepancies, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Please keep in mind, any time requested after December 29, 2024, will need to be resubmitted through the Paycom system. You can begin re-submitting requests as soon as your balance becomes available.
