Paycom is Here! Self Set-Up Instructions
To All Southeast Region Team Members,
Later this month, we will be transitioning to Paycom, a comprehensive HR and payroll tool that will give you on-demand access to your employee details and a seamless way to effectively manage your personal information.
Functionality you can look forward to:
- Manage your personal details such as address, phone number, banking information.
- View and change your Federal, State/Local tax set-up.
- View current benefits, complete open or new enrollment benefits, change benefits due to a qualifying event (such as marital or family status).
- View prior paychecks (starting the first pay period in July).
What you need to do:
1. For mobile access, download the free Paycom app:

PERSONAL CELL PHONES – You can download the Paycom app as you do any other app.
UES COMPANY-ISSUED CELL PHONES – The Paycom app will be pushed out automatically to the phone via UES IT.
2. You will soon be getting an email containing your personal login information directly from Paycom. The email will come from: systemmessage@paycomonline.com. THIS IS A TRUSTED EMAIL. It is not a PHISHING email. Please open the email; it will appear like the image that follows below:
