SUPPORT PAYTON BY DONATING

At this point last year we faced a $84,000 gap vs. $177,000 today. Although we normally conclude the campaign at the end of January, we are announcing a final extension to February 28, 2022. This will give us a few extra weeks to prevent the negative impact to the school if we miss our target. We will not be able to extend further, so it's critical we use the next month to reach out to every family to join this effort. Every gift, no matter the size, gets us closer to our goal and sends a message to our kids that funding Payton is a family imperative.

If you have not made your gift, we cannot hit our goal without your support. 

If you can increase the amount of your earlier gift, it is a new tax year and you need the deduction!

Remember, donating to Payton directly impacts the experience of your student. If we cannot close this gap, many of the programs and teachers that make Payton special may be at risk. Please help us today.

We'd also like to extend a special THANK YOU and acknowledgment to our amazing Annual Appeal Capitans. We appreciate all you do to support our school!

We are unable to offer shipping or delivery at this time. All orders will be available for pick up at school on seminar days. The next pick-up for all orders will be on Wednesday, February 9th at dismissal from 12:10 - 12:45 pm in the Confucius Room next to security by the main entrance. Payton Community Meetings:

The next meeting is Wednesday, February 9 at 6:00 via Zoom.  Look for the link that day in your email inbox!

Principal Shabazz kicks off each Payton Community Meeting with an informal talk about what's happening at school, and is available for Q&A. CPS Level 2 Volunteer Application:

All volunteers MUST have a CPS Level 2 certification and approval from Payton.  If you have CPS Level 2 certification from another CPS school, Payton MUST be added to your CPS profile and Payton needs a copy of your Photo ID on file.  Bring your ID to the main office or upload it using the link below. Please go to the CPS Level 2 Volunteer Application for steps to register. See the Friends of Payton Volunteer page for more information and to submit your Photo ID.  For questions, please contact FOPvolunteering@gmail.com.

COVID CPS Self-Report Form:

If your child tests positive for COVID, please fill out this CPS Self-Report Form.

Submit your Student's Vaccination Card:

If fully vaccinated, please submit your student's vaccination card to the front office, or email a copy to Mary Soeding at mesoeding@cps.edu.

Weekly COVID-19 Testing:

Payton is offering free COVID-19 testing every Tuesday from 9:00 - 10:30. To register, please complete the Payton COVID Testing Registration Form.

Student-Athlete COVID-19 Requirements:

Vaccinated student-athletes: Must submit vaccination cards (1) to Mary Soeding at mesoeding@cps.edu and (2) upload the card to this Payton Athletics COVID Vaccine Collection Form.

Unvaccinated student-athletes: Must complete Parent Consent Form Link and wait for further instructions on mandated COVID testing.
