Join RISE as we celebrate Peace Week with our families, friends, and community members! JFS strives to promote through our work the Jewish values
Tikkun Olam
(repairing the world) and
Tzedakah
(creating justice); we are obligated to love & befriend the stranger and to treat all of humanity with the kindness & dignity every person deserves. Through our Jewish heritage, we understand the tragedies that occur when people turn a blind eye to the discrimination, hatred, and violence many face within their own communities.
It is our goal to address these issues head-on and do all we can to eliminate hate.
JFS is here to help promote peace, equality, and justice in the state of Delaware!
