Children's Church (Preschool-Grade 5)

We are excited to offer Children's Church this Fall!

We want children to experience worship with their families and also have time to learn at their age level. Children's Church is available at both our worship services at 8:15 and 10:45 am.

Children's Church will take the place of our traditional Sunday School.

Men Of Peace Breakfast Saturday, October 9 at 8 AM

Join us for our monthly breakfast and Bible study on Saturday, October 9 at 8:00 am. We’ll plan to meet outdoors once again. If weather interferes, we’ll have an indoor contingency plan.

Family Pumpkin Carving Event!

Friday, October 22 from 6-7:30 P.M. Families can register for a Pumpkin and join in the fun while carving it together! You’ll also be able to decorate a cookie, and enjoy a special pumpkin craft!

Come in your Halloween Costumes and enjoy a goody bag as you take your pumpkin home!

You’re Invited to Caring Network’s Annual Banquet-Celebrating 40 Years!

Caring Network’s Annual Banquet will be held on

Thursday, October 21 at Drury Lane in Oak Brook from

6:00 to 8:30 pm. Complimentary dinner will be provided.

The keynote speaker this year will be Mike Huckabee and it is going to be a wonderful and uplifting event!

Livestream option is available if you'd like to attend but aren't able to be there in person.

Peace's table will seat up to 10 guests.

Women's Ministry Opportunities

WEBS is offered both in-person and online (Zoom) on Tuesday nights beginning at 7:00 PM.

Our DVD-based study is called “The Rock, the Road, and the Rabbi”.

We spend time taking a deeper look at the biblical places we have read about. No materials need to be purchased for this study. Our in-person meeting meets in Room 304. If you prefer to meet with us at that same time but online, please email

Fall study is called "When God is Present: A Journey Through the Book of Acts".

In this study, we focus on the ways God was present for the community of believers in the early church.

As we explore the stories of these early Christians, we discover that God's presence is just as powerful in our lives today as it was then.

JoyBreak is offered in two formats:

In-person: Wednesday mornings from 9:30-10:45 am in the Great Room.

Online: Weekly recorded teaching video sessions and pdf study guides are emailed to participants.

Blood Donors Needed On Tuesday, October 5

Emergency Appeal!

Blood Donors Needed More Than Ever

DuPage County hospitals are experiencing a serious blood shortage. If you’ve considered donating before, there has never been a better time than now. One pint of blood can benefit up to three people.

For every pint of blood, $25 will be donated to our Live the Love MobilePack for Feed My Starving Children on November 19 and 20. $25 provides meals for 100 malnourished children in some of the poorest, most desperate parts of the world.

Middle School Laser Tag

Friday, October 15 from 6-8 pm

Meet at Laser X in Addison and let the Laser fun commence! Cost is $15 for 3 games and permission slip is required. Feel free to invite your friends!

High School Corn Maze Event

Sunday, October 24 from 4-10 pm

We'll head over to Heap's Giant Pumpkin Farm in Minooka and enjoy their Haunted Corn Maze! Afterwards, we'll enjoy a regular corn maze and a moonlit hayride. We'll meet at Peace and stop for dinnr at Portillo's along the way. Cost is $15 and a permission slip is required. Bring money for dinner!

Sunday Morning Educational Hour

for Adults and Youth

The Education Hour is held on Sundays at

9:30 am. We have expanded the time to include time for coffee and fellowship. Bible study classes for Middle School, High School, and Adults is offered at this time. A Children's Activity Room is available while parents are attending Bible study.

Pastor Marty is leading a study on Isaiah for our Adult Bible Study in the Great Room. Often called the fifth Gospel, the Book of Isaiah is a treasure of messianic prophecy and Godly wisdom for churches, believers, and nations.

Join Pastor Hufford on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am for a study of this beautiful and profound book of the Bible.
