Sleep Out Saturday Thank You!
A big thank you for your donations to Sleep Out Saturday this past November.  The youth enjoyed the evening festivities and were humbled as we experienced a glimpse of the less fortunate.
We raised $1,102 for Bridge Communities.  Thank You!
The Path 2019
At Peace we encourage our members and friends to read through the Bible (God's Word) cover to cover each year. We call this "The PATH" and we provide a tool which lists readings for each day that will guide you through the Bible in one year.
Join us on the Path for 2019!

A New Year's Resolution
Do your New Year's resolutions include strengthening your spiritual life?
A good place to begin is through the study of God's Word. Each Sunday morning at 9:30 am there are two Bible classes - one in the Great Room led by Pastor Marty and a second class next door in Room 305. W e'd love to see you all there!

Pastor's Marty's Study-Great Room
Issac and Jacob (January)
We'll explore selected passages from Genesis 24 & 25 to help us understand more about these two patriarchs, their strengths and weaknesses, and how God met them on their faith journey and used them in His plan of salvation.

Adult Study-Room 305
Justice and Mercy (January)
Justice and mercy are popular buzz words today in our society. They are so common we may feel we know what they mean. But how does the Bible look at these concepts and what are the implications for us in America today? We'll take a balanced, Biblical look at these ideas and what they mean for us.
Facilitated by Ralph Blessing.

Guiding Families of LGBT & Loved Ones
Did you know that according to researcher Andrew Marin, 86% of LGBTs were raised in a faith community? Or that 54% of them left that faith community after age 18? And that 76% of those who left are open to returning, without the faith community changing its beliefs about marriage and sexuality? If not liberal theology, then what are they looking for? They are looking for fellow believers who will walk with them as they find a way to integrate their faith and sexuality in a Biblically sound, God pleasing way.
Join Pastor Marty the Sundays of February and March as we work through a resource called
Guiding Families of LGBT+ LOVED ONES: For Every Pastor And Parent And All Who Care . This was
produced by
Lead Them Home , a Christian ministry with a conservative understanding of sexuality and marriage, but also a commitment to love and guide the LGBT youth growing up in churches like Peace. This class requires both registration and purchase of the workbook Guiding Families .  Register online by clicking here or call the Church Office. Workbooks are $20 each (couples can share).
Blanket-Making Event February 5

If you want to purchase a blanket kit (55" x70"), JoAnn Fabrics Hobby Lobby, and Michael's has a great selection of kits and/or fleece material. A devotion and light refreshment will be shared.
