So, come on out and bring a friend.

2 Inspire Peace has a Facebook Group. Feel free to join! We are currently in the midst of our #10DaysofMeditation and we will begin discussions on restorative justice in schools and the power of grounding.

2 Inspire Peace also has a Facebook Page. Come by, LIKE the page, follow it, and feel free to engage. Currently, I am finishing up the 30 Day Gratitude Challenge and I post throughout the day to keep our spirits high.

Mindful Meditation Mondays
There is power in just beginning to meditate for 1-2 minutes daily, concentrating on the breath in a quiet environment, and bringing yourself to a place of peace. Create the environment with soothing music and maybe diffuse some oil, light an incense, or a candle. Then, gradually increase the time spent meditating if necessary. Look at all the wonderful benefits! Please join me on my YouTube channel for Mindful/Meditation Monday.
Peace and Blessings to you! ðŸŒŸ

Essential oils are an all natural way to control your moods. Are you stressed? Diffuse lavender oil to relax. Are you feeling distracted? Spritz a mist of grapefruit oil in the air to promote alertness. Not feeling good? Use peppermint oil to boost energy by massaging where it hurts. Just need to take the edge off? Use ylang ylang oil to relax a bit. Essential oils are excellent to use to boost your mood.
