Pearl News
This Week at Pearl: May 20th
Reading is a Treasure
This year's summer reading theme is "Reading is a Treasure." Treasure maps with gold doubloons (stickers) are going home today. All Pearl students who complete the map will get a special prize. Good Luck me hearties!

Summer Math
If you don't use it, you will lose it! Research shows that the average student loses 2-3 months in math learning over the summer. Our Pearl students who participate in our summer math programs will actually increase in math skills. We offer an at-home program or a school version.

Pearl Surveys
It is that time of year where we ask you to help us out by giving us your feedback. Mrs. Ixta texted out a link to our online surveys last week and we are asking everyone to fill out both a school and teacher survey. We thank you in advance for taking the time to do this. We use your feedback to continually improve.
Dolphin Club Outing
Dolphin Club will end the year with a trip to Jumping Jacks on Friday, May 31st. A pizza lunch is included and in the afternoon they will be making cool robot crafts. There is a $35 charge for the day, but included for those on the annual Dolphin Club plan. Sign Up Form
Coming Soon
Pearl Family Beach Day is on Thursday, May 30th. Students will ride in the bus together and we invite everyone to join us there. We will have a safety talk, water time and a hot dog roast.
The final reading incentive outing of the year will be to Chuck E. Cheese on Tuesday, May 28th for all those students who make their 50 hour goal by this Friday, May 24th . So keep reading everyone!
