Proposed VATRE

Join Pearland ISD Superintendent Larry Berger to learn more, ask questions and share your feedback about the upcoming proposed VATRE. Two community meetings will be held to share details about the potential VATRE that could appear on the ballot in November. 

Meal Applications

Pearland ISD is accepting applications for free and reduced-price meals for the 2023-24 school year.

Meals are served under the National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program.

Success with Attendance

Attendance is a top priority in Pearland ISD. The more children miss, the harder it is for them to keep up with instruction. While some absences are unavoidable for health reasons or other important family matters, we know that even when children have missed school for good reasons, too many absences can cause them to fall behind.

Pearland ISD Welcomes New Teachers

On Tuesday, August 1, Pearland ISD kicked-off Welcome Week, a three-day event that introduced new teachers to the district and prepared them for the coming school year. The week was full of technology talks, professional development and encouraging speeches on how to Build Pearland Proud. Over 150 new teachers were welcomed to the Pearland ISD team.

Ruff Runner & Yappy Hour:

Ruff Runner & Yappy Hour, presented by Epic Plumbing, is a pet-themed race for all ages. The run will feature a 5K for avid runners, while also including a Kids 1K and 3K options with the paw-pular opportunity to run with or without a four-legged friend. All participants will receive a race t-shirt and finisher medal.
