Pearland ISD received an A rating according to Niche ratings and ranked fourth in the Houston metro area for excellent academics and student culture in the 2024 Niche ratings.
Pearland High School’s “Pride of Pearland” Marching Band placed seventh as they represented Pearland ISD for the first time in the Bands of America Grand National Championships held on November 9-11 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. PHS’s marching band performed a production titled “Illuminate”.

Thank you to our community! In a joint effort, community members and partners committed nearly $35,000 to ensure there would be gifts under the Christmas tree. This was the tenth year for the Pearland ISD Angel Tree Project.
For the 20th time, Pearland ISD recently received an “A” for Superior Achievement under School Financial Accountability Rating System of Texas (FIRST) for the 2022-23 rating year based on the 2021-22 school year data.
