Interstate 270 North Design-Build Project
MoDOT will host an open house public hearing on the Interstate 270 North Design-Build Project in St. Louis on March 12 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the St. Louis Community College. The project runs along I-270 from James McConnell Blvd. to Bellefontaine Rd. and is the largest project undertaken by MoDOT in the last decade.

Closure on I-70 in Kansas City
A total closure of Interstate 70 in Kansas City will take place Feb. 21 (10 p.m.)-24 (5 a.m.) for demolition of the old I-435 bridges over I-70. This is part of the new partial turbine interchange construction. All work is weather permitting. Read more.
Work begins on U.S. Route 159 - I-29 Impacted
The demolition of U.S. Route 159 over Interstate 29 (Exit 79) near Mound City will begin Feb. 25, closing the bridge to all traffic through the end of May. Traffic on I-29 will also be impacted Feb. 26-27 with the closure of all lanes on the interstate. T raffic will be directed up and over the ramps at U.S. Route 159. National Engineers Week
National Engineers Week, Feb. 16–22, is observed by more than 70 engineering, education and cultural societies and more than 50 corporations and government agencies. The week calls attention to the contributions to society that engineers make. Info from Wikipedia.
