Director of Talent Acquisition

Tatyana Voucheva (Tanya) joined just joined PSGRC in August as the Director of Talent Acquisition. She will be responsible for the HR and payroll functions. She comes to us from Fiddler’s Creek in Naples, FL where she was the Director of HR for the last 2 years.

Prior to that, she was the HR Director for Industrial Service Solutions in Fort Myers. Tanya brings a wealth of experience in human resources, international and local recruiting, workforce planning and development, payroll, and accounting. Tanya holds a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management as well as 2 professional certifications- PHR from the HR Certification Institute and SHRM-CP from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). We are very excited to have her on the team!

WELCOME AUSTIN ANDERSON

Sous Chef

Austin Anderson’s career as a chef began in Illinois in 2015 where he worked for a catering company and attended Illinois Central College, an American Culinary Federation accredited program for professional chefs. While in school, Austin received an offer from the Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group, a prestigious restaurant group located in Bloomington, Illinois. It was here Austin became a professional and discovered his path and passion.

Chef Austin enjoyed the EFH Group and learned many things about Farm-To-Table dining, casual restaurants, upscale ingredients, and scratch-cooking techniques. After dedicating himself to learning and honing his skills, he received a Sous Chef offer at Chef Sean Brock’s award-winning restaurant Husk in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Chef Austin spent almost two years at Husk before moving on to other Nashville free-standing restaurants. Family and friends bring Austin to southwest Florida. Austin met Chef Scott over the summer and interviewed for a position at the club. Austin started as Pelican Sounds new Sous Chef on Tuesday, September 13th. He moved to the area with his girlfriend who is also a culinary professional. Welcome Chef Austin, we are happy to have you!
