The Windsor Pelicans are all leaving and flying south for the Winter, but we heard that 13 Lucky Pelicans have stayed behind and are hiding out in some of our local businesses for the holidays. Each Pelican has a trivia question about Windsor. Find the 13 Lucky Pelicans and answer the question, and you will be entered for a chance to win a prize package valued over $1000.
