The Penn State Learning Factory provides industry partners the opportunity to work with motivated students for a semester-long capstone design project. Companies submit technical analysis, financial justification, or prototyping projects, and students then gain the real-world experience of partnering and working hands-on with a company. Last spring, PennTAP helped facilitate 17 connections between businesses and university student teams for the Learning Factory's Capstone Design Program. Learn more and submit a project.
