Pennell Families,
We had another fantastic week. As we look forward, we are excited to see all of our penguins in their spirit gear this week, and hope many of you will participate in the homecoming parade on Friday. It is an exciting week for all across the district. Certainly a time to celebrate our Pen-Delco Pride!
Bus Lane:
Due to some needs we have identified, the bus lane out front of the school may be closed during the school day from time to time. If you see the cones up and need to get to the main office, please park on either the Richard Rd. side or drive around back to park over near the playground and walk up to the main entrance. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. I greatly appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
Job Opportunities:
We were able to combine the 4th grade short term position with another maternity beginning in the winter to create an LTS position at Pennell that begins now through April 1. The candidate can extend his/her employment with Pen-Delco by staying on as a building substitute through the end of the year. If you know anyone, please encourage them to apply through the district website.
Additionally, there are building substitute positions, evening security, and lunch/recess aid positions available throughout the district.
As always, we are in need of building assistant substitutes. Please reach out to HR for details on how to apply and get on the list.
