Unified Improvement Plan Milestones for Fremont RE-2!

Below are listed our district's Unified Improvement Plan Implementation Milestones: We’re excited to share our action plan to help students thrive this year!

What’s Happening:

• Clear Learning Goals: Teachers will show lesson objectives and what success looks like in class.
• Using Student Data: Staff teams will review student progress and adjust teaching to better meet student needs.
• Classroom Visits: School leaders and teachers will visit classrooms more often to share ideas and celebrate great teaching.
• Teacher Training: All staff will continue professional development to use the best teaching practices.
• Better Assessments: Each grade and subject will agree on common assessments to track learning.

Why it Matters:

These steps help us make sure every student knows what they’re learning, teachers are supported, and families stay connected.
