Early Disaster Response Training April 21 at Cokesbury  
When a natural disaster occurs, do you ever wish you could go directly to the hardest hit place and be of service to the struggling communities affected? Cokesbury United Methodist Church (5725 North Ninth Avenue, Pensacola, Florida) will host a training event to learn the basics of disaster response, including how to stabilize and secure homes safely, and how to work effectively with survivors and others on the response team. Join us Saturday, April 21, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. in the Atrium, to receive practical training and become certified as an Emergency Response Team worker with the United Methodist Committee on Relief. $15/person with training materials and lunch included.
