Cognitive Assessment or Memory Screening is a safe, cost efficient medical assessment that can evaluate cognitive functions and memory decline. The assessment takes less that 5 minutes, conducted by trained individuals and can assess early signs of cognitive decline.

The Celebration of Life Service is Friday, June 10th, 11:00 am at Cascade United Methodist Church, 3144 Cascade Road, SW, Atlanta, GA 30311 with a viewing prior to the service at 9:30 am.
