The start of school is just around the corner, which means it is time to begin the enrollment process. All students, new and returning, must complete the online enrollment process every year. Online enrollment begins Thursday, August 3rd at 8am. Staff will be available to virtually assist students and families with online enrollment on Tuesday, August 15th between 11am-6pm and Wednesday, August 16th between 7:30am-1pm.
Families who anticipate needing in-person support with online enrollment can attend an in-person support session to receive assistance from bilingual East staff. Note that these sessions are not at East High School, East is closed for the summer due to construction. Sessions will be ahead at the Vera Court Neighborhood Center and Madison College.
Additional details about enrollment are below and on our enrollment website: east.mmsd.org/enroll.
We look forward to greeting you all in September.

District-funded Madison Metro bus passes are available for students who:
Reside within the boundaries of the school attendance area, AND
Reside more than one and one-half (1.5) miles from their attendance area school, AND
District-funded bus passes for students who qualify will be distributed during the first weeks of school in Neighborhood Offices. Students may ride the bus for free until they receive their pass.
