Thou will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusts in thee. (Isaiah 26:3)
According to the above scripture, God promised us perfect peace if we keep our mind stayed on Him. In order to have perfect peace, we must keep our eyes, our thoughts, our desires, and our whole hearts fixed on God.
Perfect peace is a gift from God. Perfect peace is the ultimate peace. Perfect peace is the direct outcome of faith in God. Perfect peace is the result of an intimate relationship with God. We become the recipients of perfect peace when we keep our eyes stayed on God.
We go through needless pain and sorrow when we take our eyes off God and place them on people and things. If our mind is unsettled and confused, we should take it off the issue and release everything to God's handling. Then we will have perfect peace while God is working out the details on our behalf!
