Cesari Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC 2022

Region: Tre Vigne (Veneto, Friuli and Trentino)

Grape: 100% Pinot Grigio

ABV: 12.5%


Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow colour. Fresh and delicate bouquet of fruit and white flowers. The nose opens with floral notes of acacia and hawthorn. A distinctive aroma of pear follows a hint of citrus fruit and apricot. Dry, fresh, smooth and well-balanced with a good length. 


Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish starters, fish and seafood dishes. Sushi, Thai, antipasto, chicken or pork, white pizza, pasta with clam or white cream sauce.

Winemaker's notes: Nebbiolo is the most important grape from Langhe. Known as the "Noble grape of Piedmont". It is a grape that was once reserved only for nobility.


Winemaker's tasting notes: Brilliant and lively colors of ruby and garnet red. Aromas are floral bringing notes of violet, rose and sweet spices. A dry yet velvety wine with savory and fruity flavors The tannins are well balanced.

Color : Licor 43 Crème Brûlée is a light-yellow cream liqueur, with a subtle orange tint.

Aroma : Its aroma and flavor evoke memories of traditional desserts. The botanical and citrus tones of Licor 43 are harmoniously combined with the salty caramel, further enhancing the vanilla. This way, the distinct dessert taste is brought to life!

Taste : Upon sipping it, the silky and creamy texture gives way to the complex aromas, revealing the botanical aromas and citrus fruit notes that are mixed with the vanilla and toasted sugar, not to mention a surprising final dash of salted caramel.


Serving suggestions: Serve over ice, pour over ice cream, add to hot or cold coffee, add to hot chocolate or white hot chocolate, add this in place of Baileys in any recipe including Irish Coffee


Licor 43 Crème Brûlée Coffee


  • 50 ml Licor 43 Crème Brûlée (1 part)
  • 200 ml hot brewed coffee (4 part)
  • Lightly whipped cream
  • Garnishing: Cocoa or cinnamon powder


Warm up the Licor 43 Crème Brûlée in your coffee glass (or cup) and pour the hot coffee over the top.

Stir gently before finishing with the whipped cream and cocoa or cinnamon powder garnish.


Note: Make it a dessert cocktail by using a larger glass and adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream before adding the coffee.
