Free Weekly Zoom Music Lessons for Kids
Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra Artistic Director and UW Professor Michael Brockman to offer free weekly Zoom saxophone lessons for kids during Covid-19. Any child, anywhere in the world, can tune in to enjoy music lessons, given by a world-class musician. Participating kids will be taught as a group, all together during the lesson.

Beginner saxophone lessons are every Monday from September 21st through October 26 beginning at 4:00 pm. Kids who don't have a saxophone can still participate with a recorder. Many students take recorder in elementary school and if your child doesn’t have one, we suggest checking with your neighbors to borrow a recorder, checking your community’s Buy Nothing group, or purchasing a low cost ($5.99) recorder online at Amazon.
