Earlier today a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held for the Perk your Park Project at Seabourne Creek Nature Park. In October 2022, the City was notified they were awarded a $75,000 Perk Your Park Grant by Niagara Bottling, through its charitable program, Niagara Cares, and in partnership with National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA). The grant money was used to transform six acres of open space into a home of native trees, new crushed granite pathways, a new green space, and picnic area with tables nestled under the tree canopies at Seabourne Creek Nature Park.
