Hello Rachel,

As the year comes to an end, I am so proud to be able to look back on a successful year and express my gratitude to you all. In 2022 our campers enjoyed Shabbat in our beautifully renovated amphitheater and flew through the air at our new ropes course. We navigated another Covid summer (without sending campers home early), and continued our mission of creating life-changing experiences for our campers and staff. To top it all off, we welcomed more than 175 alumni to join us at Alumni Weekend for the first time since 2019.

More than 75% of last summer's campers have already registered during our early bird (with more still incoming!) and new campers are counting down the days to experience their first summer at Perlman. We appreciate your continued support in spreading the word about Perlman to your communities.

We are so appreciative of all our community's support on Giving Tuesday, which raised more than $11,500 to be matched by our generous donors. We continue to ask for your support in the coming weeks as we continue to maximize on all of our matching opportunities in 2022.

I also wanted to take this opportunity to share that Ariel Rehr, our Assistant Director of Communications and Development, is moving on from her time on the year-round Perlman Camp team. We are so grateful to Ariel for her hard work and dedication to camp in so many positions over the years, and wish her all the best as she explores new opportunities.

Thank you to everyone who supported Perlman on Giving Tuesday. We raised over $11,500 just on that day alone - all of which is being matched!

If you did not yet make your end-of-year gift, please consider giving to Perlman Camp prior to December 31. All donations are being matched 1:1, so every gift goes further to meeting our fundraising goals!

The camper reunion is back! Current camp families - mark your calendar on February 26th to join us in Philadelphia for our camp get-together. Buses will be provided for campers coming from NY/NJ and Maryland. More information regarding registration will be sent out soon.

We are excited to announce the launch of Family Camp 2023. Parents with young children (and grandparents!) are invited to join us for a weekend of family-focused programming and activities specifically designed for families with children 12 and under. After an incredibly successful Alumni Reunion this summer, we look forward to making the event an every-other-year experience. Plan to join us again in 2024 for an Alumni-focused weekend of friends and fun! Dates will be announced soon for either the second or third weekend in August 2024.

Did you know you can earn tuition credits by spreading the word about your home away from home? Current camp families can receive $500 tuition credit per family you recruit to join the Perlman community - or $250 tuition credit just for hosting an Info Session at your home!
