- Consideration of an Application to the City Planning Commission by the Department of Environmental Protection for four ULURP action for the Gowanus CSO tank facility; (1) Site selection and acquisition of four privately owned lots (Block 997, Lot 1; Block 990, Lots 1, 16, and 21); (2) Site selection of one city-owned lot (Block 997, Lot 3); (3) City Map Amendment to demap 5th Street between 2nd Avenue and the Gowanus Canal; (4) City Map Amendment to demap Douglass Street between Nevins Street and the Gowanus Canal.
- Consideration of an Application to the City Planning Commission by PAB Third Ave Holdings LLC requesting a zoning map amendment from M2-1 to C4-4A and a zoning text amendment to map a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing (MIH) area pursuant to Appendix F of the Zoning
- Resolution to facilitate a five-story, 18,000 square foot commercial development at 506 Third Avenue and a commercial enlargement at 530 Third Avenue in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn, Community District 6.
- Application to the State Liquor Authority for a new on-premises liquor license on behalf of Lake Foods LLC (DBA: Honeysuckle) at 1114 8th Avenue.
