Perry Awarded "Broadband Ready Community" Designation
The City of Perry was designated as a “Broadband Ready Community” by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs earlier this week.

Dunkin' & Zaxby's to Open Soon

Dunkin', located on the west side of Sam Nunn Blvd. at Exit 136, is expected to open by early September.

The new Zaxby's on Perry Parkway is nearing completion and is expected to open August 29.

The City of Perry's Community Development Department issued 43 new single-family home building permits in July bringing the total for the year to 258. 

Jersey Mike's, located at the same plaza as Dunkin', is under interior construction with an anticipated opening date in September.


Demolition (pictured above) has begun at 1309 Main St. where the VA Clinic will be located.

Angela K. Aesthetics, a med spa offering facials, botox, fillers, permanent makeup, IV infusion therapy and more will open on Wes Park Drive in September.
