Personal Injury: Rights of Migrants to File a Claim, Litigation and Trial Procedure

This program is FREE for BHBA Members and $25 for Non Members.
This panel will cover the entitlement of migrants, regardless of their immigration status, to file a personal injury claim. Experienced attorneys and litigation paralegals will cover the litigation phases immigrant claimants have to go through, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial.
