First let's catch up!
Thank you for the continued kind thoughts and wishes - Frankly, I do miss Zone Music, in Cotati, but most of all, I miss seeing, talking and hanging out with you!

I'm pursuing my other passions.
 Many of you know of my past 25 year interest in shamanism - and you know that I've traveled extensively studying with indigenous elders in South America, Mexico and in our own Southwest. Well, all of that collected wisdom is in my soon to be released book, A Shaman's Guide to Deep Beauty - which can already be found on Amazon, http://tinyurl.com/4qyl23v and will be available in fine bookstores everywhere in July. Many of you also know that my given name is Francis - and my family's nick-name for me was Rico - so, I'm using Francis Rico as a pen name. It's me, though - just take a look at the hair in the photo on the cover and you'll recognize your old buddy.

The "Deep Beauty" book has led to a video that I'd like to make - "A Shaman's Guide to Teotihuacan", the site of the magical and beautiful pyramids in central Mexico. This video will spread the Toltec message of peace, happiness and awakening - as taught by Don Miguel Ruiz in "The Four Agreements" - all around the world.
