Horn Fly Vaccine

Asian longhorned tick and Theileria orientalis Ikeda in Arkansas

Theileriosis is a tick-borne disease of cattle that can be transmitted through the bite of a Theileria orientalis infected Asian longhorned tick. To date, this disease has been confirmed in 9 Arkansas counties and the tick in 5 Arkansas counties.
