On July 1, Peter J. Frazza , formerly a career-long attorney at Budd Larner P.C., joined Gibbons P.C. as a Director in the firm's Commercial & Criminal Litigation Department. Mr. Frazza has over 30 years of experience handling complex lawsuits and contract negotiations on behalf of licensees and users in software licensing and software-as-a-service matters.
