To FC Members:
With great sadness we recently learned that our long time member and legend among fencers worldwide, Peter Westbrook, has passed. We know he touched all of us and was a great and spectacular force in our sport, the community, and our country.
Peter instilled inspiration, drive, and motivation in all the athletes he supported and developed both personally and through the Peter Westbrook Foundation he established. The admiration we have for Peter and the PWF is great, and we believe is universal. We will all miss him, and we will continue to press forward with the goals, values and good work Peter esteemed and performed.
Our sincerest condolences to Peter’s family, to the PWF, and to all the fencers Peter guided.
We will keep everyone informed of the upcoming services.
