The Petra Family Christmas Card Exchange is in full swing! Drop off cards in one of the collection boxes in the Lobby or in the Atrium. Pick up cards from the appropriate box at the card display in the Atrium. It would be helpful if you could alphabetize and rubber-band your cards. Please also be sure to include first and last names on your cards, with the names of both husbands and wives. You can pick up a current listing of Petra members and regular attenders at the Resource Hub.
Christmas Photos - While you’re in the Atrium thinking about Christmas cards, how about taking advantage of a holiday “photo booth” that’s been set up in the lower lobby of the Student Life Center? Bring your camera or phone to the booth between the Sunday services (10:15-11 a.m.) and we’ll have someone available to take your picture. Bring your friends and family and make some memories!
Transition – Betty Metzler, who has served for 18 years in our Lifespring Counseling Department, has retired as of November 30. Over those years, she and her husband Glenn were instrumental in facilitating the Elijah House ministry, and were involved in Cleansing Stream. They will continue to serve as Restoring the Foundations ministers. We give Betty sincere thanks and honor for her compassionate care over the years, helping to bring healing to hundreds of people – primarily couples, women, and children. We extend our love and blessing to Betty and Glenn through this new season of life!

A.C.T.I.O.N. Christmas - Petra high school students will be traveling by bus to the Ephrata Walmart this Wednesday, December 8, to purchase Christmas gifts and supplies in support of children living at Christ's Home in Paradise. In the meantime, they are finding creative ways to raise money for this event. If you would like to help financially, please designate your gift to A.C.T.I.O.N. Christmas by this Sunday, December 5.
Parents, would you like a NIGHT OUT? Student Ministries’ 11th grade girls and their leaders will be babysitting kids (up through age 12) to raise money for this year’s A.C.T.I.O.N. Christmas. It will be tomorrow (Friday) from 6 to 9 p.m. in Petra's Playland. This service is donation based, so you may give whatever amount you feel led to. Your kids will have fun with games and snacks while you have a date night or get some Christmas shopping done! All adults have clearances. Please contact Carina King at rcking6113@gmail.com to register.

Mission Prayer Focus - Nicole Hurst serves as a Petra missionary on staff at the YWAM Kona base in Hawaii. Pray for God’s anointing of wisdom as she helps to disciple and equip students for ministry outreaches to various countries around the world, and as she helps to lead teams on outreach. Pray also for God’s provision in her ministry.
Taste of India Fundraiser Meal - Enjoy rice, chicken curry, chai tea, and more at a fundraiser meal this Sunday at 12:30 p.m. It’s for Lindy Fisher and family as they prepare for six months of training, staffing, and schooling at the YWAM base in Kona, Hawaii. Take-outs will be available after the 9 a.m. service.
Our Missionaries at Christmas - A card, gift card, or small package sent to Petra's missionaries during the Christmas season serves as a blessing and encouragement to them. A brochure listing Petra missionaries with their contact information is available for pick-up at the Resource Hub, or click here. Please remember to allow extra time for mail to get to international destinations; normal delivery time can take up to three weeks, and the holidays can delay that even more.
