The DOVE Global Leadership and Ministry School will be offering "Advanced Ministry Skills" tomorrow (Friday) beginning at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday beginning at 8:30 a.m. The cost for each weekend intensive is $125 per person or $215 per married couple. Water Baptism is for anyone at least ten years old who wants to be baptized, including those who were too young to understand a previous baptism and those who have made a re-commitment to the Lord and wish to be baptized a second time. Our next water baptism is set for Sunday morning, March 13. If interested, please plan to attend a class on either February 27 at 9 a.m. or March 6 at 11 a.m. Register online or at the Resource Hub.

Petra Lifespring & Petra Women
Petra will be hosting a Fearless Women event for women only (18+) on Friday, March 4, at 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Light refreshments will be served in the Atrium from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Dr. James Reeves – acclaimed pastor, author, and speaker – will address the needs of women who are survivors of sexual abuse. It is designed for all women, whether or not they have experienced sexual trauma. The focus will be on the provision of information and resources, primarily through a “Fearless Series for Women” video, though a question-and-answer time with Dr. Reeves will follow.
 
If you have been personally impacted by sexual abuse, or desire to help survivors move toward hope and healing, this event is for you. It is open to both Petra and community women. There is no cost, and no need to register.
Petra Women
Lipstick and Crayons, a Fellowship for Moms and Children – "Abide in Him" - Come this Wednesday as Kristina Flewelling shares from John 15 on abiding in Christ. It will begin at 9:15 a.m. in the Oasis.
Petra Men
Men's Breakfast – Come for some tasty food and great fellowship at Shady Maple on Saturday, February 19, at 7 a.m.! Nacho Barrera will be sharing his story. Nacho and Merrilee have been married for 13 years and have five beautiful children. They are currently serving as Interim High School Pastors at Petra and are non-residential missionaries to Thailand, coaching the leaders of a church they helped to plant there. Nacho also owns a small roofing business. He is passionate about seeing the next generation empowered to advance the Kingdom of God here on earth. The cost of the buffet breakfast is $10.
Youth Bible Quizzing
This Sunday - The Petra teams will be quizzing at Timberline Church in Strasburg this Sunday at 2 p.m. The focus will be on Nehemiah chapters 1-2 and 4-5.
Student Ministries
High School Winter Retreat - High School students will enjoy a weekend away at Refreshing Mountain in Stevens, PA, the weekend of February 25-27. Drop off students at Refreshing Mountain at 6 p.m. that Friday and pick them up from Petra at 3 p.m. that Sunday. The theme is "Passion" and the speaker is Nick Pine from Christian Life Assembly. The cost is $125. TODAY is the final day to register!
Kingdom Kids
Join us for a Kingdom Kids' Family Fun Night at The Castle Roller Skating Rink in Lancaster on Sunday, February 20, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.! The cost is $5 per family. Skate rental is not included; it’s $3.50 for quads and $5 for inlines. If you bring your own skates, they must comply with Castle requirements. Each Kingdom Kid up through Grade 4 will receive a coupon for a free slice of pizza and drink. Register online by this Wednesday, February 16.
Local Outreach
