Church-Wide Events
Good Friday Service - Join us tomorrow (Friday) from 7 to 8 p.m. for our Good Friday Service called "Jesus, the Broken Word." It will feature compelling monologues from seven eyewitnesses to Jesus' suffering and death on the cross. In addition to reflections from Mary Magdalene, the thief on the cross, a Roman soldier, John the Apostle, and others, the service will include worship and communion. It is designed for the whole family, but childcare will be available for children from birth through pre-K.
Easter Sunday - Join us also this Sunday for our Easter Celebration Services! Senior Pastor Lester Zimmerman will be bringing us a message called "Jesus, the Victorious Word." We will also enjoy a jubilant time of worship and a children's choir made up of over 50 voices! Early Childhood and Elementary children (through Grade 4) will have Children's Church as usual, but there will be NO BELONG this Sunday.
Eastgate House of Prayer - When we know who we are, we no longer have to fight for identity. It is from this position as sons and daughters that we are able to serve most effectively. Join us this Tuesday at 7 p.m. as we stream Bill Johnson's powerful teaching, “Sons and Servants .” Jonathan Martin will lead our intercession time following the teaching. Childcare is provided through age 7. All are welcome!

Kingdom Kids' Ministry - Angie Kline will be stepping down from her position as Elementary Coordinator after eight years of faithful service. Among other responsibilities, Angie has presented lessons for the Sunday morning large-group teaching time and has recruited, trained, and scheduled volunteers. If you would like to apply for this position, please give or send your resume to Pastor Ken Reinford by Tuesday, April 30. Pick up a job description from a Hub or download one here .

Sold Out - Comedian Tim Hawkins' live performance at Petra on Friday, July 12, is now sold out.
Do you want to be refreshed and strengthened in your faith? Come on out and join us for a powerful Night of Worship on Friday, May 3, at 7 p.m.! When we gather in the Lord’s presence – when we turn our eyes to Jesus – the things of this world fade. That’s why our theme is “Nothing Else Will Do,” because nothing compares to encountering the presence of the Most High God.
