Episode 100: Making Sense of the Bible - A conversation with Dr. Theresa Newell
-
The Bible is the Word of God, yet when we read it, it seems filled with strange stories and situations, and commands that feel irrelevant to my life. How do we make sense of this? How do I know when it’s talking to me? How do I read the Bible and draw closer to God through it?

Over 550 Petra people have a login so far for Realm, our new connection platform!
Realm makes it easier for us to connect with each other, to keep up with what’s going on, and to grow as a part of a connected church family.
Do you know that your Realm Invitation
might still be sitting in your e-mail inbox? If you can't find it, please request a new invite by clicking on the button below. Don't stay out. Stay connected to what is happening!
Once you are in Realm and check your profile and your family members, please be aware that if you have any children 18 and older, even living with you, they won't be listed under your family unit, they have their own profile as an adult. So we ask that you do not enter adult children under your family.
Still have questions?
Talk to someone at the West Hub on Sundays or contact
Darlene Blank or
Suelda Hurst in our Petra Administration office.
