Dear RSPA Northshore Families,
Harris County Public Health is returning to RSPA's Northshore Campus to administer the 2nd dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine to our parents, staff & scholars ages 5+ on Thursday, December 9th, from 9:00a - 5:00p.
If your scholar did not receive the 1st dose of the Pfizer vaccine, they are more than welcome to do so during this visit. Parents and staff may also receive the booster shot and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses if eligible.
Parents, please ensure you are present with your scholar if they are receiving the vaccine. To lessen the wait time, please complete the required Waiver & Consent Form before this visit. Simply click the button below to access the form.
