We had an amazing time on our PAL Trolley Tour, exploring the wonderful Great City of Pharr alongside our incredible Chamber PAL Ambassadors led by the Pharr Memorial Library as our tour guides. This tour was all about celebrating the establishment of our great city and all the early businesses, and the historical landmarks that make Pharr so special. Shoutout to the Pharr Public Works Department and the Pharr Memorial Library for making this Trolley Tour possible to enjoy!

We were honored to have special guest speaker from RGV College, Rene Mendoza, Director of Human Resources and Organizational Health Facilitator share valuable insights on Strategic Perspective for Business Owners on Human Resources & Personnel Management. Inspired by Patrick Lencioni's book, "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" Mr. Mendoza highlighted the qualities of creating a true cohesive team and elaborated on the behaviors that drive collaboration, trust and success within the businesses.
