RESTOREHOI webpage will provide information on reopening safely!

Reopening safely is the top priority. Businesses within City of Peoria and unincorporated Peoria a County can find guidelines for reopening at RestoreHOI. Businesses will be able to find, review and self-certify that they will follow guidelines. This is available to any business in the HOI area. Businesses who self-certify will receive a placard to display at their locations. The public will be able to search for self-certified businesses in the area. This will be available for all residents. This allows businesses to identify themselves as following the developing practices of safety practices as they evolve. Consumers can find and choose businesses who are using updated practices to feel confident in returning to businesses using post-COVID-19 guidelines.

Supplemental information will be available at RestoreHOI to assist with use of outdoor space for restaurants and bars. Additional information will be available for businesses to calculate indoor/outdoor capacity along with other frequently asked questions not covered by the State of Illinois specific to our jurisdiction.
