DOT Roadway Milling
The Department of Transportation (DOT) has posted no parking signs around Broadway's north/southbound lanes between West 60th and West 65th Streets in regards to   roadway milling taking place on Monday, July 20 and Tuesday, July 21 from 6:00pm to 6:00am both days.   For more information about DOT's milling and paving schedule, click here

"Three Strikes and You're Closed" for Bars & Restaurants
Governor Cuomo announced new regulations for bars and restaurants operating in New York City, including the discontinuation of walk-up alcohol services. Establishments may only serve alcohol to people who are ordering and eating food. As part of the 'Three Strikes and You're Closed' initiative, any establishment that receives three violations will be closed for business.  Click here for more information.
Open Restaurants & Open Streets New Announcements
The City’s Open Restaurants program has been extended until October 31, 2020. And 26 more locations have been added for the weekend expansion of outdoor dining options under an initiative that combines two popular programs, Open Streets and Open Restaurants. CPC to Resume Hearings in August
While the ULURP clock does not resume until September, the City Planning Commission will start holding remote hearings in August via the City’s new NYC Engage portal, the newly launched portal to facilitate public engagement in remote hearings. The staggered restart will allow the City’s 59 community boards to prepare for the ULURP process after summer recesses. For a full list of remote hearings, see the upcoming events page on NYC Engage.

The COVID Rent Relief Program will provide eligible households with a one-time rental subsidy that will be sent directly to the household’s landlord.
